How long will we keep your data on record?
- If you register with us, your data will be retained for 3 years from the last contact or activity on your record. You can request to have your record deleted at any time.
- If we place you in a temporary assignment or permanent role we will be required to keep certain information for specific lengths of time (up to a maximum of 6 years). The purpose of keeping this information is to comply with our legal obligations.
Contacting you for marketing purposes
You will only receive our marketing communications if you have opted in to receive them. You will have chance to update your preferences either by contacting us directly at email@example.com, or by clicking the unsubscribe link in one of our emails.
If we contact you regarding a specific job opportunity, this does not constitute a marketing email as we are not marketing our services or advertising our company.
